As meeting starts Joycelyn Woods looks on over the shoulders of Tony Scro (NAMA Grievance Coordinator), James DePasquale (Long Island NAMA) and Donna Schoen (LIJ Patient Committee).
Jo talks about the NAMA chapters
Jo Sotheran introduces the reasons for discussing the relationship between the chapters and national NAMA. A more formal relationship needs to be developed however it must not interfere with grassroots advocacy. “What do you expect from NAMA?” she asks the chapters. Howard Lotsof (NAMA), Joe Neuberger (Delaware NAMA), Rokki Baker (NAMA & NAMA NorCal) and Maureen Begley (Arizona NAMA) listen to the issues.
