It's almost like the clinic dictates what the Dr needs to do... These clinics down here in South Florida really suck, all they care about is their money and not their patients. That's how I feel after going to them for 8-years already! And I do the right thing, I work, never have had a dirty UA, always provide proof of income when asked, never caused any behavioral problems. I'm one of the few that actually does what they're supposed to do and I still feel shafted. There are so many people that go there and still use some sorta substance like Benzo's or Marijuana and nothing gets done to them. It's irritating for people like me that actually work the program...

Do you think you'll be able to speak to the clinic physician yourself? I hope that you can, and that he/she is able to grant an exception to you getting the liquid instead of the wafers, given that there is a medical reason you need them.

I think I would also say to them that if they do grant you this, that you won't tell any of the other patients. As they may be worried that if they give this to you, that you'll tell people, and that will start an avalanche of requests for people wanting liquid, mostly probably for spurious reasons.

I hope you'll contact the Florida SOTA... Let us know what she says!
